Positive Tomorrow's Development Officer Rachel Durham knows how to host quality, engaging events on a budget. As the fundraiser for the important work at Positive Tomorrows, fueling their mission is critical to the many children who rely on them every day. 

We asked her about their work and why having an audio visual partner is so important to their success. 

What is the mission and focus of the great work being done at Positive Tomorrows?
Positive Tomorrows is Oklahoma’s only elementary school specifically serving homeless children and their parents. Our students live with their families in local shelters, motels, cars, and even abandoned homes. We provide a trauma-informed, differentiated education to each child while their parents get the support they need to create a better life. We break down barriers to education by providing food, clothing, and other basic necessities so that students can focus on learning and just being kids. 
How does Cory's Audio Visual help Positive Tomorrows reach your goals?
As a private, non-profit organization, we host two major fundraisers every year to help us meet our budget goals. Cory’s Audio Visual is our go to crew for all of our audio visual needs! They make sure the video we play at our annual luncheon looks and sounds perfect. At our largest event of the year, Cork & Canvas, Cory’s Audio Visual puts together the perfect package of screens and sound so that guests can hear the music and auctioneer. Cory’s Audio Visual understands the importance of creating a quality-event that is also within our non-profit budget, which means more dollars help the kids and families we serve. Cory’s Audio Visual has helped us transform Cork & Canvas from a small gathering drawing a couple hundred guests, to a major event with over 750 attendees each year.
